I was actually really disappointed in the customer serviced I just received. I lost a few screws for the splish splash pump sink and asked to see if they sold them separately. I live in Ontario and we are still in lock down and can't walk into stores and I have no clue what size these screws are to order online. The customer rep messaged me back saying that they would send out a new product (which I was extremely excited about) but then said I need to deface the product (even though it is perfectly fine) and then send them a picture of it defaced and throw it in the garbage. To me this is extremely wasteful! I said no thank you and that I am not comfortable defacing and throwing out a perfectly good toy that my kids use often! It was very strange way to do business.

Had to post.... have had this wagon for the past 20 years and it sat outside in New England winters for all those years.
Once the kids outgrew it, it became a yard and garden wagon. We looked at this thing yesterday and were amazed at American made and well made. It still looks and works amazing.

I bought my granddaughter a trampoline for Xmas and have been trying to get a replacement for it and have been given the runaround with phots they claimed have never received. I haven’t sent them pictures. The quality of this trampoline is HORRIBLE! In less then 2 months I have had to fix the elastic band TWICE! I would NEVER deal with them again. Customer service sucks

purchased 2 items 8 in1playground/climbing, and water garden, never arrived dont reply to emails cant ring them, a complete and utter scam, still trying for a refund. avoid like the plague.

Ordered from them in summer, never came,cant get ahold of them. They removed the email that was sent.
THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER. Should have know because the shipment was coming from overseas. LIARS

After placing my order end of July of two climbing frames that my little girl would of loved for her birthday presrnt. I was then told at the end of August customs had stopped it from entering the country that they would resend the item. This didn't happen till end of September that they then sent another shipping number. By beginning of October again was stopped by customs from entering. I've only just received refund on 22nd of November. It's poor communication from the company.

Bought a climbing castle from 'ik.tikesstore.com' that never came. Got a pair of Rayban's instead for the $68 I spent. Should have been smarter and checked the reviews first. Nothing but trashy thieves!

I ordered items for my sons birthday 173.00 and they took out 180.00 fake company scammers no emails , I tried emailing them the email address didn’t even exist , putrid!

AVOID!!! Please DO NOT pay this company a penny of your money. I saved up and ordered my son a slide and a trampline for his 2nd birthday, a pair of sunglasses turned up months later. No response to emails. Thanks for ruining my sons birthday you horrible people. Please everybody report this website to action fraud and the police so they cannot scam anybody else!!!
